• Apple ID identifier — a unique, anonymous token provided by Sign in with Apple. We do not receive your name or email unless you choose to share them.
• Your answers — the choices you make on daily questions.
• Approximate location — if you grant permission, we use your general location to show regional vote statistics on the map. We do not track or store precise GPS coordinates.
• Device information — device model and OS version for diagnostics purposes only.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To authenticate your account and maintain your streak.
• To compute and display aggregate, anonymous voting statistics.
• To show regional voting patterns on the map (if location is provided).
• To improve the app experience and fix bugs.

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties. Aggregate, anonymous statistics (e.g., "62% chose option A") are visible to all users.

4. Data Retention

Your data is retained as long as your account is active. You can delete your account at any time from the app's profile screen. Upon deletion, all your personal data is permanently removed within 30 days.

5. Children's Privacy

Twain is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us so we can delete it.

6. Security

We use industry-standard encryption (TLS/HTTPS) for all data in transit. Data at rest is stored on secure servers with restricted access.
