1. Acceptance

By downloading or using Twain, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. Description of Service

Twain is a social polling app. Every day, all users receive the same binary question. You pick one of two options and see how the world voted. The service is provided "as is".

3. Account

You sign in using your Apple ID. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. One account per person.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the app for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to manipulate voting results through automation or multiple accounts.
• Interfere with the app's operation or other users' experience.
• Reverse-engineer or attempt to extract the source code.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, design, and code in Twain are owned by us. The daily questions and aggregate statistics are our intellectual property. You may share your personal results freely.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through the app.

7. Disclaimers

Twain is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Voting statistics are for entertainment purposes and do not constitute scientific research.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
